This must be done each time it is exported to the United
States according to the bioterrorism law of 2002.
The prior notice should be remit according to the means of transport used in the export:
overland (highway): minimum two (2) hours before arrival at the port.
By land (train): minimum four (4) hours before arrival at port

Airborne: minimum four (4) hours before arrival at the airport
Airborne: minimum eight (8) hours before arrival at the airport
